The lobby was clean and free of smell. The check in process was smooth and quick. The checkout process was seamless and they sent a receipt without asking.

The beds were uncomfortable and squeeky. The rooms were possibly the loudest rooms I have ever slept in. I could hear the people in the room next to me as if they were a foot away from me and there were no walls. The doors were not sealed and I could see a full outline of the hallway lights around the doorframe.

The breakfast was excellent. The room was quiet and air conditioned for comfortable sleeping, so that was good.

When starting to prepare for bed that evening, we noticed that we had no blankets nor pillows for the pull-out couch, even though our reservation clearly said three adults. We should not have had to call front desk to ask for these essentials. The crib bottom was uncomfortable for the baby. The room was smaller than it had appeared in photos and was a bit tight for three adults and a crib.

Breakfast was good variety; staff helpful. Hotel location excellent.

What I was not impressed was the entrance. It did not look well kept. Not even a flower pot.? To make it Attractive. The humidity smell hits your nose right at the sliding door 🤢 We checked in after 6 pm . Tired from travelling. Ready to Rest. We got room #302. After an hour of resting in bed. My partner started complaining about itching?? When I looked!! It was BED BUGS !!! All over😜😲 I picked a few and went down. We were change to another room #413.At 2am. After that sleep was not an option. We were NOT Feeling comfortable At All. The desk was helpful.the manager offer for us to get laundry done. And refunded the total amount $$ charged. The Primary things is we Never we're feeling comfortable or rested after the incident. My partner suffers from allergies and it became another situation with the skin irritation and continue itching after the fact. We had to purchase anti itch , cortisol cream to help the annoying condition. hotels have very little control of such infestation. But the forth front is housekeeping. To see ... report and clean rooms efficiently. Unfortunately it happened 😲 I hope the problem is fixed. For the safety of other people. It was a Horrible view to see a bed with crawling insects full of blood from other people 🤢😜eeeewwwww. Not happy.

friendly counter staff. blonde woman with an accent was incredibly friendly and made me feel welcome. a warm sincere welcome. the BREAKfast was the best I’ve seen so far at a hotel in Lansing, and I’ve stayed at several. VERY clean. good fresh and large variety. the woman working in the breakfast area greeted me helped me and was happy to offer help and give receive ideas with the waffle maker. Mixed Heath bar crumbles into the waffle mix and made waffle. it was excellent. the room was very clean. bed spread comfortable and and mattress comfy. walking distance from Applebees meijer and Kroger will definitely stay here again!

Needing a key for bathroom light, toilet needed to be flushed 2-3 times. Tub didn’t drain when in shower.

The windows are not protected from outside noise. It was loud some bikes and cars passing by.

Location is great. Breakfast better than expected. You can hear the people walking around in the room above which was VERY ANNOYING!!!!

Very nice hotel! Wonderful staff! Very clean and comfortable room. The rest of the hotel was clean and well maintained also. The breakfast was very good. The woman hosting breakfast was great!

The only issue was the condition of the back parking lot, kinda rough, a little difficult for someone not too steady on their feet.
