Close vicinity to I95 and KSC to view the launches. Also loved that this was a pet friendly hotel.
Price gouging whenever there is a scheduled launch.

Location, clean rooms
The lady who was running the breakfast area was rude, inhospitable and inattentive. She was rude to me and other guests when asking about replenishing the food and utensils. I expect better treatment when paying extra to stay at a nice hotel

I was traveling from Arizona to Florida, got stuck in Mississippi, and we tried to cancel and get a refund due to the hurricane and wasn't able to. They offered to change my hotel date. However, with my changed flight, I no longer needed a hotel. This hotel would rather put their guest in danger for profit, sad.

It was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and eating area were great.
The pool was closed! It was closed before we got there and stayed closed for the duration of our stay. Being August, this was a big disappointment.

Canceled reservation due to wrong room assigned and told by hotel that cancelation fee would be waived due to room reserved not available. I have not received reimbursement for cancelation fee.

Got the wrong room (1 bed vs 2). Room smells bad, like smoking and other stuff. Keys didn’t work properly, had to go downstairs multiple times.

Booking.com screwed up my payment. I paid 3 weeks early and had to pay a second time due to the amount being 29cents short of what Booking.com collected from me.

The location was very comfortable. The breakfast was fine.
The room we got was a bit old-fashioned. There was an extremely strong smell of bleach during our whole stay in the room.

While I was waiting for the elevator, I saw a big spider web hanging from the wall, with a spider attached to it. Not very appealing.

I found bed bugs in bed on me went down to talk at the main office and they told me that I have to call the manager. Disrespectful.

Loved The barn door really a nice touch. Beds were comfy and breakfast was good. After a long storm riden drive it was nice to check in to a pleasant room.

Just off I-95, well located for an overnight stop.
Close to many restaurants.
Had a gym, although with really basic equipment.
Our room had a bad smell, like smoke or wet dog smell, quite unpleasant.
Wifi login did not work, had to ask for a special code at reception as they could not figure out why.
Breakfast food was of average quality.
