The breakfast was horrible

The staff were very nice and were soon to resolve any issue that came up, for example, we found out that the sheets in our room were dirty and that our heater was not working...we basically froze the first night, they were quick to address that and changed our room to a king suite, which was an absolute delight!

I didn't like coming to a room with unclean sheets and not functional heater, I am a student on a budget so I was definitely paying way more than I could afford for this stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and the room was comfortable. It has a bar in the lobby and the place is very nicely decorated and inviting.

The hot tub was filthy. You could see the dirt , dead skin cells, and oil on top of the foam floating in the hot tub. Also, the food wasn't as good as I expected. The cooking staff st one point took off their gloves and started handling food and plates improperly. The food items in the pans on the line were not fresh. The corned beef hash was Grey and looked as if it had been sitting in the pan unstired for at least an hour. The bacon was hard as a rock ( literally) but was told it had made it fresh because they ran out. We will definitely return but will eat at one of the many other restaurants in the area.

The staff was nice and answered all my questions. It's very close to a Costco.

The beds are terribly hard no comfort at all I called before booking and asked what type of beds they were they said medium firm. But they are just inner spring incased mattresses very firm. This was a big deal for me because I had spine surgery and I'm hurting two days after my stay. I just wish if they didn't know the answer to my question they wouldn't have guessed. I called the front desk to ask if I could upgrade my room to a more comfortable bed but they said all the beds were this way. I ended up going over to Costco and buying a memory foam topper for 170 bucks just so I could sleep. The location is very nice it's just weird that everything shuts down super early.

we got told multiple different times for the closing time of the pool and on our last night they closed it 2 hours early.

Only complaint was our hotel room door didn’t properly shut and we could hear a lot from other rooms in the hallway

The bed was really comfortable and the location was great, it was nice to have restaurants within walking distance

It aircon in the room was bit noisy & the room decor was a little dated

The staff were nice and assisted when I needed silverware and questions about the area.

The room had its faults. There were dead flies on the window sill and on the side table. There was a lot of small black hairs similar to after a man would shave his face, on the towels that were folded in the shower and down the side of the shower wall. The floor was extremely wet next to the bed right in front of the bedside table.
