The room had a separate bedroom for our son and the dogs were allowed. the room we got had a door to outside so we could take the dogs right out to the potty area.

Heated lower parking allowed us to travel to events without having to dress like Eskimos over our dress clothes. Breakfast bar was great and changed options daily.

Rooms need a good cleaning or freshening up. People above us were very loud walkers. People talking in the hall at 4 in the morning were loud.

breakfast was fine, typical hotel fare but it is always nice to have hot coffee ready and available first thing in the morning. I did like the special effort made to provide special dishes like fresh roasted potatoes and there was always fresh fruit which I really appreciated. The room was spacious and very nicely organized. I loved having a TV in the sitting area so that we did not have to sit in bed to watch. Great shower and nice thick towels. The location of the facility was great: easy access to the highway but one block walk to good restaurants and to a very attractive downtown area. Also the room darkening drapes were great for sleeping.

the couch in the room was very stiff and that made sitting for any length of time uncomfortable. the rooms were spacious and comfortable but the decorating was dated and carpets seemed a bit worn

Front desk staff was exceptional at meeting our needs. Went beyond expectations.

Rooms could use some work. Bathroom door wouldn't latch closed. Ceiling above shower area was cracked and peeling, looked ready to fall at any moment.

I liked how there is a kitchen, pool, and free breakfast. the bathrooms were nice. The best thing was, hot underground parking lot. I have never been to an underground parking lot that has warm temperature.

I stayed at room 307. What I didn’t like about it was the sink and stove are too close to each other. It was kind of hard to cock and wash the dishes.

extremely outdated. furnishings have very clear wear and tear. I felt very dirty and uncomfortable which prompted me to choose another hotel after my initial stay.

Location was great and the staff superb. We were visiting due to a death in the family so having a comfortable place with a gracious staff was very important to us all.

Nothing was out of place or negative.

Breakfast was great but ran out of waffle batter, staff were very friendly!
