Price compared to other properties

Breakfast was nice. Jackson is a really nice little town and The Lodge was fully in keeping with this. Also the Steakhouse next door was really good.

The breakfast was marginal not a whole lot of choices for the amount of price that you pay

What was advertised wasn't exactly given slippers and robes after paying $2,000 for four nights stay I was told I had to purchase them the bed was marginal the fireplace didn't work there was nothing about the lodge or the room that said four nights for $2,000 overpriced over High just because it's near the mountains wasn't impressed with my chicken caesar salads that cost me $68 as well gee what a rip off really a total disappointment in my estimation the room should be no more than about $130 a night total just an over glorified Motel 6 as far as I'm concern I have already told friends of mine that travel if you do Venture into this area avoid the Lodge at all costs

Breakfast was well above standards and the location was pretty close to town.

The shuttle service was unavailable at times that we needed it.

There was never much out. We were constantly waiting on fruit and French toast. It would be 20 min between when it was gone and when they brought new out.

We paid $750/night and the room was small and the pullout mattress was TERRIBLE. Sleeping on springs.

We loved our stay. My wife and I were on an adventure traveling around the western us with no itinerary. We booked online at a great place and it turned out to be our number on spot out of 19 nights.

Location and breakfast, nice bar to relax

No housekeeping, had no towels until we asked. Staff was rude and not helpfull at all

Everything was so nice! I did need a pen but went down to the lobby for one, I figured there would be one in the room. It was no problem getting one, though! Breakfast was amazing! Having a shuttle is huge for us country folk who don't like the excessive traffic, it also makes me feel safer for my car. Also the shuttle driver was so kind, we stayed on June 25th whoever was driving that night!

I have almost no complaints, but the sheer curtains we were not a fan of. Room darkening would be best!

The lift truck was parked over a handicapped parking space. We had stayed there in the week before and the lift truck was parked on the side.

Location, facilities , room furnishings. Delicious breakfast with many options.

Lodge was being renovated - we were not informed before booking. The front entrance was unkept and waste receptacles were overflowing. Third stay in 3 years.

Esteban, assisted us for breakfast and his service, both days, was so neat and he's so kind, as well as Veronica, taking care of the service room! Very efficient! Thank you all for a memorable experience

The front desk made it a really big deal to share the wifi password verbally..
