Loved the spa area and the gas fireplace. Couldn’t believe we had it to ourselves most of the time. The ambiance of the hotel is spot on, especially in the lobby.
The food was merely mediocre. Recommend avoiding the veggie wrap box lunch, which seemed suspiciously like merely a reuse of leftover whatever. But that is fine since we booked a room, not a restaurant.

Le foto su Booking e sul sito della struttura sono a dir poco fuorvianti. Le camere, infatti, danno tutte su un parcheggio, non c’è alcuna vista sulle montagne circostanti. L’hotel è poi situato sulla strada principale, lontano dal centro di Jackson. Le camere sono datate, buie, poco accoglienti. Abbiamo deciso di andarcene con un giorno di anticipo rispetto alla nostra prenotazione e il personale alla reception non ci ha nemmeno chiesto il motivo della nostra decisione. Dire che sono stati scortesi è dire poco! Pessima accoglienza e supporto al cliente. Questo è un buon motel, decisamente non un hotel a 4 stelle. Lo sconsigliamo tantissimo!

Bardzo tematyczny i ciekawy wystrój hotelu. Śniadania urozmaicone i bardzo dobre. Pomocna i miła obsługa. Wygodne położenie i duży parking przy hotelu. Hotel czysty, a pokoje przestronne i funkcjonalne. Przy recepcji stacja z bezpłatnymi napojami (kawa, herbata...) z bardzo duża ilością dodatków (różne syropy, mleka itd.). Polecam.

Extremely clean, well kept and the staff was superb !
We stayed on the 3rd floor, which we loved, but when you exited the elevator there's a natural gas odor. No sure what that's about.

Room was classy and clean. Decor is set for a perfect ski lodge even though we visited in the summer. Would love to come back and stay for a future ski trip, but at $600 a night, we wouldn’t be able to afford to ski…or eat!
$600 for a one night stay is ridiculous regardless of what city you’re staying. The hotel was nice. Rooms were classy but do not see where it warrants a $600 a night charge.

It felt like a nice, authentic property in Wyoming and the decor was in line with the outdoorsy and animal-loving town.
They gave a Buffalo stuffed animal to our baby too, which was such a thoughtful touch to our stay!
The price point was pretty high- I thought breakfast may be included but it wasn’t.

This hotel is beautiful, quiet, comfortable and is easy access to everything in the town. walking distance to stores, eating places and the town square. It was very near our Thrifty car rental facility. Front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful..
