It was very comfortable and clean room. The staff was kind.
The shower knob took a while to figure out because it was installed weirdly.

Check in/ check out was a breeze. Staff was nice throughout our stay. Room was clean. We were by the elevators and I was worried about noise but didn’t hear them at all. Breakfast was plentiful (and lots of options) with lots of room to move around everyone.
Minor complaints. The refrigerator didn’t seem to get very cold. The window curtains do not close all the way to block out the light. There are gauzy curtains in place to keep people from seeing in. But I like more coverage.

A little outdated, furniture was a little worn and lighting in the bathroom and shower room.

The “plug in” placed on the bed stand for charging devices did not work. I had three items that needed charging during the night. I was quite dismayed to discover in the morning that my devices were not charged. There was a sign as I exited the hotel asking if there were any problems; however, I had a meeting and didn’t have time to discuss this with the desk.

The breakfast was wonderful. They varied the menu each day. It tasted more like a breakfast at a restaurant instead of a motel.

The staff was warm and welcoming. Left something in room and received a call from the hotel to tell me. I sincerely appreciated that.

Location was easy to get to, breakfast was sufficient--nothing great, place was fairly clean. Check in staff was courteous and efficient, like they cared.
Kelly could have been a little more professional. Her attitude was as if she could really care to be there. Asked Kelly for a itemized receipt at checkout, almost killed her to give a plain receipt just showing a 0 balance. She said Booking.com would give a receipt; SINCE WHEN? Parking lot could use some attention, holes need patched.

Great location. Plenty of food options. Close to shopping. We’ve stayed here 5 or 6 times. It’s always great.
Had a questionable experience with the guy collecting the trash. All other employees were great.

The breakfast was great, it had a good variety of things to eat and drink. The dining area was clean. I would stay here again and i would recommend this hotel to everyone.
It would have been better if it had more than one elevator.

Chelsea that put out the breakfast did a simply wonderful job. The selection was wonderful and the display was spot on. This seriously was the best hotel experience for a breakfast included type of breakfast we have ever had. Thank you Chelsea! She was also so very friendly.

close free parking… breakfast was delicious especially the fresh made waffles, oatmeal, eggs and fresh fruit, yogurts and toppings.
no fan in the bathroom… all else was awesome

Location was good and easy to find in the dark. I was having breakfast with family at their house so I didn't partake of Hampton's.
