friendly staff, easy to get to, nice being able to walk to restaurant without going outside. food was great at the Mexican restaurant.

The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable and we had ants in our bathroom. it was kind of gross. We were right across the laundry facilities and the staff or housekeepers were being extremely loud. we were trying to sleep in but couldn’t.

this location was a total surprise! I do not know why it was rated as a two star hotel… It has all the amenities that a single person, a business traveler, or a family would need. We ended up making several last-minute requests after we arrived late in the evening and the staff were very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was great - I was not expecting to have a full menu selection available! I have to travel to Springfield often, and having the ability to bring my family is great-and from now on this is where I’m staying!

my only complaint was that our room was hot and we had to keep playing with the temperature setting to cool our room off.

This hotel was very clean, & the room was so spacious for such a good value. : )

The room was either too hot or too cold, and the thermostat was so noisy. But if you turned it off in the middle of the night you got so cold, & there were no extra blankets in the room. Also, the blankets on the bed were not enough & very thin. Lastly, there was a lot of litter in the parking lot.

Everything... great price, clean, well managed, friendly staff, comfortable, great breakfast, and plenty of towels/toiletries.
