The wifi didn't work-called, no-one came to fix the problem couldn't connect to computer television didn't work hair dryer broken

Location is perfect for my needs.

Check-in was unsatisfactory. I had called the property, twice, to confirm I could check in after 9pm. I was assured there was someone available 24x7 and it would be no problem. I arrived at 9:20pm and nobody was available, the phone number listed in the window for after-hours went straight to voicemail (which wasn't set up so I couldn't even leave a message). Further, the phone number listed in Google is incorrect, some guy answered and said wrong number. I located a keycard in the drop box (incorrect instructions given by a sign in the window), and just took it -- there was no name or anything on the card as had been described by the sign in the office window, and the room type was not what I had reserved, but I didn't care at that point and utilized the room anyways... my only other option was sleeping in my car and it was 20 degrees outside. In the room, the cleanliness left alot to be desired. The bed and bathroom were fine but the carpet was quite dirty and it was clear it had not been vacuumed. There was alot of dirt/sand/debris, trash behind furniture, etc. They could do a much better job by running a vacuum for even just two minutes. I have stayed at this property at least five times over the years and this was a disappointment from prior stays.

Bed was clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable and was in a good location for our itinerary.

lacked the basics one expects from a US Motel. TV was out same problem other reviewers had. WIFI was weak at best. " Hot Water" was tepid . No closet, Rack or even a hanger to hang clothes. Desk man said he would issue me a partial refund , never happened.,

Room was very clean. Updated bathroom with plenty of hot water. We stayed Thursday thru Saturday night and had plenty of towels and toiletries in the room. Only disappointment was that the TV wasn't working in our room...but several of our friends were in adjoining rooms so we didn't need it

Very clean, good condition, conveniently located in town.

Next to train track with middle of night train.

the location is excellent and close to restaurants and not far from Santa’s Village.

The room looked recently remodeled, but smelled like bleach we opened the windows and as the bleach smell went away the mildew smell kicked in. it was very strong in the bathroom.

No ice, Hot tub that is advertised was broken

There wasn't any breakfast and the location was just ok.

The staff needs to stop walking in rooms uninvited.
