Great time! Beautiful home!

This home is equipped with any thing you might need. Beds were comfortable. Plenty of linens, towels and pillows. If we were planning another visit we wouldn’t hesitate.

Megan was awesome, place was exactly as advertised, clean and roomy. Fire pit was great, definitely staying here again

We were welcomed by a nice message from the property owner and a welcome tray. They place had a fenced in yard which make our stay with our dogs very safe and relaxing. We are from Gorham originally but do not live in the area at this time. We wanted a place where family could congregate after my mother's funeral. The house was perfect...just what I had hoped for. It had everything we needed. I would definitely stay here again.

We stayed at this house for the ease of access to the atv trails. The house was absolutely perfect and had more then enough room for the 7 of us that stayed. We will definitely be staying there again.

Great house, very clean and more than enough room for everyone. Beautiful yard that we enjoyed with our dogs after a long day of ATV riding. It was the perfect location for our family getaway. I cannot say enough good things about it. We loved our stay and would stay there again!

This property was in a perfect location for our snowmobiling getaway. The house was very spacious and clean. The air hockey table was a big hit! Thank you, Megan, for accommodating us before the big snowstorm!! We really appreciated it.

Great house with room for many people. We spent every night cooking dinner and sitting at the DR table playing games after eating. The kitchen is well stocked, the bathrooms are roomy, the beds are comfortable. The front porch is great with lots of extra seating, though it is not heated. The mud room is great for removing and storing outdoor gear. And the dog loved the big fenced in yard. This house is close to many ski areas and the snowmobile rental place is a block or so away with lots of trails to explore. Our only issue was with the train tracks across the street that woke the adults at night (but not every night), though the teens didn’t hear it at all. Overall, we had a great time and the personal touches were very appreciated. Thank you!

Northeast Snowmobile and Recreation a 2 minute walk from house. Gas station with stocked snacks and drinks 1 minute walk. McDonalds,pizza pub,Chinese food other restaurants within 2 minute drive away. The house was all we needed and more and accommodated 9 of us easily. Clean,comfortable,fresh smelling. Great pricing and so easy to book reservation. 5 star in every way and we will 100% be back next year. A huge thank you from the 9 of us!!☆☆☆☆☆

We were very happy with the location and cleanliness of this house. Communication with the owner was great.

Perfect for our family ski wkd that included our dogs as well as our adult children and their significant others. The fenced in backyard was ideal- our dogs had yet to see the snow and this tired them out romping around safely before we hit the slopes. Awesome leather LR sofas and comfy beds/bedding. Would recommend some new bath towels and pot holders. My 18 year son enjoyed the adorable hot chocolate momento! Although right on the main road, the home is set back a bit and the quaint town of Gotham has all that you might need. We would definitely like to come back again…thank you for sharing your home!

Owner was kind and helpful, we had a small issue and the owner was in contact with us All the time, acknowledge the issue, tried to help and solve the problem.

This was a good size home for a group of people, great location, close to the atv trails. Had everything we needed.

Can’t say it enough, this place is awesome. Can’t beat the location, close to everything. Had a 2 year old with us, she loved the toys and we alllll loved the fire pit and s’mores. Immaculate when we arrived, beds were very comfortable, kitchen was stocked, it was a really great stay and we plan on doing it again

All the necessities you need and very comfortable home close to all things we did. Which was Mount Washington, kayaking, and of course ATV ride. The home had plenty of room for all 6 of us plus much more! It was perfect. The Walkers from CT.

Megan’s place was a great base for a brief getaway to this part of NH and for Santa’s Village. She was super communicative and responsive. The house is exactly as listed. We found being near to the main road a bit noisy for us (but we are also used to woods out our backyard) but the location and Megan’s attention were really appreciated.

The house was beautiful, great location. Had everything we could possibly need. Our dog enjoyed the fenced in yard and easy walks to the river and trails. Would definitely recommend a stay here. Easy ride to Mount Washington and North Conway.

The house was such an great find. It was super clean and spacious. There were more beds available than were listed on the site. The owner left us items that made us feel right at home. We were welcomed with a tray of S'mores makings, cuzies, clean house instructions, and local information. We had everything in the kitchen and bathrooms we could have ever asked for. Plenty of towels and bedding. We had such a great weekend there for hiking and socializing. Excellent place to come home to. I will make plans to stay again in the future.

This house is great! It is clean and organized. It is very well furnished and decorated to feel like home. The beds, sheets and pillows are very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook most any meal. Very convenient to Attitash and Wildcat. The property manager is very responsive!

Great home for family vacation! Lots of room extremely clean ! Definitely recommend!

We visited for several days with another family to go ATVing at Jericho State Park. This property is close to the trail system and the driveway is well-suited for trailers. We had plenty of room for both of our families to place our extra equipment and jackets in the mudroom entryway. The house was plenty big enough for the 7 of us to find adequate places to sleep, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms plus extra sleeping areas throughout. There were plenty of towels for the bathrooms and a fully stocked kitchen (plates, towels, cups, glasses, utensils, pans, etc). We were able to make full meals so that we did not need to eat out. We appreciated that the owner left a tray for us with all of the fixings to make S'mores as well as wood outside for a fire in the fire pit. If you plan to stay here, I suggest bringing your own lighter and kindling to help fuel the fire, as we spent quite a bit of time getting a good fire going. This property is well taken care of and the owner is extremely thoughtful and communicative. We plan to stay here when we visit Gorham again! We had a very enjoyable stay.

House was very attractive, clean and well stocked (everything from extra linens to spices and plenty of toilet paper). Love the game room, porch and fenced yard. Easy to get to, very ample parking, good home base for exploring the "Mount Washington" area.
