The facility was horrible. It had a stench, and it was filthy. The elevators were all marked up and most of the decorum was chipped away

Unfortunately, I didn't stay there long. I was there for about 2 hours but what I did enjoy was the cleanliness. And I really did enjoy the staff. The staff was really kind. The main area was really nice.

What I didn't like was everything in the room. To me it didn't seem really inviting or safe. I was having a hard time sleeping on the bed because it kept making a lot of noise. It wasn't secured down so every time I moved the bed moved to and it was super loud. I actually had to get up and leave for the night and then return in the morning to check out.

The property was well lit up and looked nice.

The bed in our room was atrocious! You could feel every single spring in the mattress and any time we moved the bed made the loudest noise. It was hard to get comfortable and getting to sleep was hard as well. The sign by the road needs to be lit up. It was hard to see!

I have not gotten a refund as promised. I asked to see the room before checking in as the outside of the hotel (more like a MOTEL) was not kept up. It had a horrible smell and my boyfriend saw a roach in the bathroom. We immediately went down and asked for a refund as they TOOK THE MONEY BEFORE WE EVER GOT THERE when it was a PAY AT THE PROPERTY BOOKING. I only got $146.42 out of the $360.94 I was charged for. I have emailed the manager and spoken to a Booking.com rep that assured me that if Days Inn did not refund me then Booking would. I EXPECT A FULL REFUND! So so so disappointed! And I book a TON of rooms through Booking!

where to begin. I was advertised the “last room available”. when arriving at 9:30pm, there were all of 10 cars in the parking lot. The elevator and hallways have no air/ventilation. Upon entering our room that smelled like mold, we noticed an inch & a half gap between the door and frame. All the way around. We turned the air, that was set to 78°, down and it never cooled the room. The air unit would stop every 3 minutes - so imagine the quality of sleep. The beds are very, very firm. Equivalent to sleeping on a box spring with a thin mattress topper. Several “lubricated” hand prints on the headboard *chefs kiss* art? There seemed to be a lot of street racing as you could hear every car drive by … and we were on the third floor. On to the bathroom & hold on! The door, did not close or lock. We had to use the trashcan to keep it shut. The shower also had a 11inch crack that almost took a chunk out of everyone foot. If you applied pressure around the crack, water would flow to the unknown; I do recall seeing a review about ceilings leaking. There were no drain covers so you would find previous visitors clumps of hair in the drains.
