Staff were super helpful and friendly. Included breakfast was above average, including custom omelette station. Rooms were large with lots of amenities (fridge, microwave, sink). Lovely decor even in hallways with hardwood and beautiful bathrooms.

Bed pillows were awful. Grainy texture on pillowcases, didn't conform to head due to unusual filling, and trapped heat making sleeping very uncomfortable. Was congested at night as well, likely due to pillow.

Very good service by the staff. Restaurant was great considering everything. Housekeeping did a great job.

The pool area was great and the only short coming was the spa jets don't produce enough water flow when turned on. Other than that the area was great.

Great breakfast and open earlier than posted time ,great for early travelers,new hotel but due to staffing issues no dinner facilities during week

Breakfast was wonderful. The food was great, and the two women serving, preparing food, cleaning, etc. were incredible & made the breakfast memorable.

Pool was closed due to chemicals being off, but nothing posted at the pool door. We made a trip to the store just to get a swimsuit for our toddler so she could swim, unaware the pool was closed. Needless to say, our toddler and ourselves were quite disappointed.
