Outdated, older room & the front desk person wasn’t very helpful.

COMFORTABLE BED & RECLINER. Room was clean.

They provide a stove, full-size refrigerator & microwave in the room. When we checked in, we asked if there was a continental breakfast. We were told "no" because the rooms were designed so we could cook for ourselves. What we were not told was that we were either required to bring our own cookware & serving-ware or we had to buy the same from the hotel. What kind of nonsense is that? Also, the state of WA has a mandatory 25-foot distance away from any doorway or opening. Management has the law posted on the glass entry door. This law was not enforced by hotel management, even though workers and/or guests were smoking right outside the entry automatic opening doors.

Easy to find your room and a proper fridge in your room not a mini

1st the room was dirty - took a shower got out floor was tacky and lifted the mat to put back on the tub to dry and the bottom that was on the floor side was brown -2nd there was a sticker on the back of the door 😕 so u know it wasn’t clean in the bathroom 3rd when to pull back my sheets to check the bedding - there was a hair in my bed! And I asked front staff why it wasn’t clean they said oh sorry - it’s house keeping’s problem- umm 🧐 not too sure it’s your problem too - and that night worst part of all felt like things were crawling all over my legs all night and it was horrible!!! And lifted the sheets the next morning when I could see little black things on the bed!! So yeah never staying there ever again!! So if u want a hotel of horrible quality feel free!

This place is not for an overnight stay. It’s more of a longer trip stay. They only offered a 1 pack coffee for the room. We had 2 adult coffee drinkers. They wanted to SELL us another pack of coffee. Free coffee in the really tiny lounge room. I do not wish to get out of my room at 4 am for a “FREE” cup of coffee. The room was very clean the bathroom was clean.

It’s silly, but to have to BUY an EXTRA PACK OF COFFEE, is crazy. That’s what the very young gentlemen informed us.

Noisy all night. People playing music, not sure what room but not next to ours and no one did anything about it. Next to our room someone had their TV on all night what seemed like full blast. And people smoke there without worry. Just spend a little more money and go to another hotel.
