Breakfast was good. room was comfortable.

They could not make our keys until the morning after we arrived. This was the hotel's fault, not the desk clerk's. If you're going to change the system, at least provide someone to deal with the problems that arise.

Location is away from places to eat ( within walking distance) except for 1 restaurant.

Check took too long. I had to submit my card for payment for 2 rooms at least 6 times. My name for rewards was incorrect. It still may be incorrect. I am supposed to check it.

Carpets and upholstery were clearly stained. A rude/ unfriendly house keeping staff. No one was at the front desk in the morning. Looks like house keeping staff was also working front desk.

We liked having a refrigerator in a room.

The front Hotel employees are not friendly! They don’t look up and greet you. I had to greet them first, always. There attitude is poor towards the customer! She wasn’t friendly and did not communicate to me while checking us in or out! The front entrance was dirty! The front door rug was very dirty and the trash can was spilling over on the sidewalk. Also the garbage can had liquid that was running out from the bottom of it onto the sidewalk and leaving stains. The pedestal ashtray was very nasty! It had tobacco stains running out of it on too the sidewalk and was dirty and full. We also stayed there two weeks earlier and it was the same dirty entrance. Not a clean look for a Hotel. The elevator rug was stained and dirty! The coving in the Hotel was dirty in areas. Over all we don’t feel that we will be staying there again!

Actually the breakfast was good. There was a good selection and we'll supplied.
