Friendly staff and comfortable atmosphere! No complaints at all and will definitely use them again when we visit !

No dislikes ! We had a lot of things to fit in and wanted a place a little out of the way to relax when we got back to the room at night ! It was perfect

Extremely clean room, was very quiet and staff very friendly. Easy access from I 40, gas stations just up the road.

The breakfast was small. The location was off to the side a little bit but it was good for us because we don't like being in a busy area.

The breakfast could be better. The side door into the hotel that supposed to need a room key was broke. Anybody could just walk in.

The price is right and the location is good. The room was comfortable with a refrigerator and microwave. The bathroom is spacious and the shower is nice. The Dove shampoo and conditioner is a nice touch.

The selection at breakfast was minimal. Usually you have more fruit and pastry selections. I used your equipment at the gym but I had to wipe the dust off of the treadmill and elliptical machine before using it, from the construction.

The room was clean but did find some hairs in the bathroom floor as I first walked in. Also, I am short so the bed was to tall for me.

Breakfast was ok, but it would have been nice to have a view of the area we are visiting while sitting down for our morning get up and go. Grateful that there is a restaurant on site to serve late arriving customers!

Breakfast was OK.

The bathroom was very dirty and dingy. Brownish residue on the shared soap and shampoo dispensers. And pubic hair as well. We told the staff and they had no desire to try to fix it. Just said they would report it to housekeeping. Floors of the whole room were fake wood floors that I felt super grossed out to walk on barefoot.

Very quiet - good sound proofing since you are close to the freeway, train line and airport. Great access to disability room and area for dogs to do their business. Good breakfast. Beds so comfy! Gave us a room where we could park the moving truck close by.

I made my reservation early but when I arrived, I was told there was only one room.left and it was a pet friendly room. My allergies are bad so I was uncomfortable the entire stay.

I like the shower and the shampoo and conditioner.

I didn't like the room, it was dirty and cold. It was located in the back of the hotel by the dog poop area. There was dog feces everywhere, in the front of the hotel all the way around to the back. There was dog urine and feces in front of the exit doors. I was put in this awful, dirty, cold room because I had my service dog because they had to protect other people with allergies. I had to wipe down the walls, and table, they were dirty and covered with food. The room smelled of bleach, I had to open the window because I have chemical sensitivity. There were wall to wall dogs with wall to wall feces and urine.
