Good location. Friendly staff. Good breakfast and clean building.

Pool is not a heated indoor pool (detail). The little market is great but would love to have access to tums or heartburn medicine in the market.

It was very clean and it felt comfortable being there.

I had to wait on my room past check in time due to maintenance issues. Also they don't have breakfast, like it shows online, it's only bagels and coffee...

room was very clean and met expectation, the location was not great but acceptable. Breakfast was very minumal, could have offered a little more.

The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean.

When the reservation was made with Booking, the room was supposed to have a private hot tub and be a large room and have a walk-in shower as well as a tub. When we arrived, we were informed the hot tubs were removed and what we got was all we were going to get. It had none of that. When checking in, we were being charged $50.00 more than when we reserved the room. After discussing this at the desk and showing them our original reservation, they corrected the charges. There was no microwave or coffee maker in the room.

The whole reason I booked this hotel was for the free breakfast and pool. “Breakfast” was a bagel bar and the pool was of course down. I had some very sad kids. Our stay should have been discounted for the misleads on the website. Definitely paid way too much for what we got.

The hotel at first impression looked clean and nice when I walked in to check-in, indoor pool and hot tub dessert 🍨

Immediately upon entering the suit I could tell it was clean but not properly sanitized (I was a lead housekeeper during covid at a 5 star facility) the jacuzzi tub had long and short hair inside and around, sheets and comforter had unwashed looking stains, bathroom toilet seat had urine stains under, hair dryer covered in dust and hair, dried toothpaste on the sink backslash, coffee maker had dry crusty hardwater stains and was wiped out with a towel so if you did make coffee who knows what all you would drink with it, the Breakfast well I will say took one bite and threw it away upon leaving I kindly let the woman know about my stay and that I would like to cancel my reservation to stay another evening and the only response she had was hmm and to look up at the manager on the phone I guess hoping he didn't here me in the end try anywhere else unless you are okay with seeing signs of the last people who stayed in the room hair and all I could have taken DNA that's how bad it was and almost $200 for 1 night

Breakfast was wonderful, ice cream at night was a highlight for kiddo, staff was friendly and helpful, less then 10 minutes from all the attractions, and the pool/hot tub were nice for relaxing. Our room was clean but the carpet and chairs were worn/stained (to be expected for the price really)

The beds were far from cloudlike, I'm not sure what kind of clouds these other people have been sleeping on, they're definitely your standard hard/cheap hotel mattress. The breakfast area gets really crowded but I'm not sure how they can fix that with the space they have.
