I have been traveling since I was 25 years old, and this is the first hotel I've been to that the room was squeaky clean.(keep in mind I'm 40+) It also reminded me of when I moved into my house that was a new built. The hospitality was awesome, and the restaurant Tony Romo's was very good. I can't wait to come back

Hotel was absolutely stunning! Extremely clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and knowledgeable. Big thanks to Nancy who greeted me with a smile at check in and made sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will book here next time I'm in Durham.

The staff was bordering on unfriendly and seemed bothered when you approached them. Often no one was at the front desk and we had to go looking for someone.

Location is the very best. It’s very new, and super clean. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff.
We were there five nights. Not once was our room cleaned, even though we asked housekeeping to clean it EVERY SINGLE DAY, on our way out. EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. They didn’t make the bed, or vacuum, or empty trash, wipe the counters, replace supplies- NOTHING!! You stay in a hotel for those things- we could’ve stayed in an Airbnb otherwise!
