Excellent location close to the state park and Marina. Nice amenities such as golf course, indoor heated pool, jacuzzi, pickle ball, tennis, basketball.

Buildings are rather old. Upstairs guests every movement is noisy when living downstairs.

Condo was very clean, but had an odor, not sure if it was musty or smokers! Towels also stiff and musty odor. The cleanliness was our number 1 requirement and that was a 10, but wish we had some Lysol or odor spray. recommend ceiling fans in bedrooms and living room.

Full kitchen, very clean, very quiet. Overlooked golf course (very pretty). Comfortable bed, nice bathroom, great shower, equipped with pots, pans, dishes, great location, very nice pool. All in all NICE. Away from downtown Branson but very close to go back/forth! Would go again!

The condo we were in smelled awful!! it smelled so much like wet dog we couldn’t stay in there!! The lady up front tried to put us in another location, but there were none available. They brought us an air purifier, and fabric spray, which helped a lot!! The lighting in the whole unit was awful!! we had to keep using our phone lights to find stuff in our bags. The bed was was hard, but that was minor compared to the smell. We tried to use the washer dryer to wash our cloths before leaving, and of course as we are 10 mins in with cloths in the dryer WET DOG SMELL AGAIN!!!!! We took our cloths out and had to lay them on the back deck!!! I’ve never been so miserable in a unit before!!! I’d like to add the lady up front was amazing, and tried her best to help us! She alone was the only pleasant part of our stay!

The property was nice and convenient. Staff in office were very nice.

The condo we were in was VERY dated. Living room furniture looks and sits like it has been there for years. One chair broken and couch was not even level for seating much less using the pull out bed. Cooked in oven and it smoked up the condo a pool of oil or something gathers in bottom . Fire hazard. Reported to front desk. Very disappointed in accommodations.

we asked for ground level but there were still steps to ground level. my husband had foot surgery and difficult the one flight of steps. drapes in living area need changed out. lighting in living area need brighter bulbs. Tv very smallscreen.
