We’ll check in time was at 3:00 pm and our room wasn’t ready until 3:45 had to sit in the lobby and wait
The rooms were dirty and dated and giant hole cut out of the ceiling on the 2nd floor.

Convenient, available, inexpensive
Everything is dated. The whole place needs renovation. The room was never serviced while we were there for 3 days. The bed was never made and the towels were never refilled

The staff was very accommodating. The breakfast was tasty.
The biggest disappointment was the internet. Wifi was free but it was very inconvenient and often wouldn't load. I did a speed test and both upload and download were below 3 mbps. Also the pool still wasn't available. Based on reviews this was an issue a month ago too.

The Breakfast is always amazing and the bed was super comfy.
At first they were unable to find my reservation. I called Booking.com. I was on the phone when the clerk advised that my reservation was found. It was very frustrating. I requested extra pillows and none were provided. I asked for cookies and was told no. Kids were running and screaming up and down the hall at 2am for hours on end.

the room smelled old and there were some ants. one of the 2 beds was very noisy and it was disturbing to sleep on.
