Comfortable enough in Shelby.
Standard big box hotel. So-so comfort, minimal amenities. Par for the course.

The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.
Our TV didn't work. My reservation via booking.com was not honored and I had to pay a higher rate. The night clerk was rude.

Liked the breakfast.
I know you were short staffed. We put our towels and waste baskets out by 10:00 am but they didn't come iwell into the afternoon so all the things we put out was there too long .

This property is clean and well-maintained. It’s definitely the best option when staying in Shelby.

Staff was great
Cleaning was only available with 24 hour advance notice. If that is the plan the rooms need to be better stocked. We had a half roll or toilet paper, one cofee pod, no extra towels and no sheets for the pull out. Staff was great and supplied what was needed but it’s extra work on them when the room should’ve been better stocked for a 3 night stay.

Food was ok, only had coffee and a banana. Would loved th have had flavored creamer. The location was perfect for the wedding venue venue
Had a wedding at 4PM, I had requested a 2PM early check in but the room was not ready until after 4PM, therefore could not check in until after the wedding and reception. I was able to dress for the wedding in a friend’s room.

We thought the hotel was brand new then found out it is 5 years old. Very well maintained!

The safety, the cleanliness, and most importantly, the friendliness of the staff and I don’t remember her name but the lady in the breakfast area with the long hair in a ponytail and she wore glasses she was exceptional. She is an asset to your business.
The thin walls we could hear the TV in the room next to us and they had it on all night long on our last two nights of stay had to turn the phone to sounds to block it out
