The staff was very helpful, and I was almost glad I was there. This was true at check-in, breakfast, and check-out.

The shower head I couldn't get at a comfortable setting, but nothing major.

The location was great with what i was visiting for.

First I live 4.5 away and they state if you live with in 30 mile radius a 200 cash deposit is required. I live in. Another state and they still made me pay this (yes I got it back but its the principle). The pictures on booking.com made this hotel look amazing and nice and well kept. However when I arrived it was clear the pictures are decieving. The rooms are nothing like the pictures and it is dated. There was numerous tiles missing in the ceilings and appeared to be under construction on the outside. The price for this room could have been lowered by at least 30 to 40 dollars considering i paid $110. The room is not worth the disarray of the hotel and does not match anything the website says. Had I known it was not the same, I would not have stayed here. I will also not be staying here in the future.

Staff was nice and the breakfast was ready early and was good. The rooms were modern and clean. There was a large bathroom. E didn’t use the amenities but the pool seemed nice and had good hours.

Sheets were dirty. I had to ask for new ones. I had to remake my own bed.

it was rated fairly highly and appeared to be a good value for the cost. The bed was comfortable and the area was quiet.

It felt old/worn. There was moldy damage to the ceiling in the hallway. The chair in our room looked old/worn. The toilet seat looked like it had been painted, then scraped off; there were gouges in it. I could smell cigarette smoke as I walked down the hall, even though rooms were non-smoking. The carpet didn’t seem clean, but that may have been because of the pattern/texture.
