The staff is always willing to assist and make your stay as comfortable as possible. Great facilities and very clean. I will reserve rooms for future stays.

Noise from the traffic. Windows seems like it wasn't shut all the way which made them feel the noise louder. Also there were spots on the comforter old blood spots or something at the

Pool, hot tub, and sauna we're never open. Breakfast was not as advertised although the waffles we're good. Pork in most of the food which we don't eat.

It was a restful area despite near freeway. My Toyota broke down and staff helpful. A repair facility just on the other side of the freeway- Toyota!

Very friendly and helpful staff. Bed was very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Enjoyed our stay!

Had almost no Gluten Free Options, although the night person told us all the cereals were gluten free. None of the 3 was.
Our TV was broken, and the manager came to see if she could fix it, but there was a lose wire or a short, and it didn't really work. I couldn't get the hair dryer to work.
The desk person charged us more than the booking.com price and said that the taxes had gone up, even though the web printout said it was the final price. I think she did adjust it.
