The room was nice.

The guests that had the room next door came in around 2:30-3:00am and were very LOUD. Once they woke me up, I could not go back to sleep.

Large clean comfortable rooms

Not a single service worked in this hotel it is not worth of 3 stars. Airport shuttle got me waiting 1 hour at the airport due to lack of coordination with the front desk that I had to call 8 times. Early check in that I booked online and paid for was not available and I was told to come back in 3 hours with no options proposed. Corridors are extremely long and there are no porter service available and you have to ask for the trolley and find the room yourself. Both restaurants were closed due to maintenance with no other options provided. House keeping banged at the door at 7am in the morning and said I should put the do not disturb sign on my door, but I don’t think it’s unreasonable to be sleeping at 7am when staying in a hotel. Check out was cold and unfriendly with an « OK bye » and my credit card was charged twice! I voiced my concerns to front desk and got no compensation. I wrote to management and never got a response. My credit card got refunded for the double stay charge but I think there’s a serious problem with staff and management resulting in a very unpleasant stay.

not clean and needing some overhaul

The room was very hot. I followed the directions on the wall to turn on the air conditioner since heat could not be turned down. The coolest I was able to get the room was 78 degrees, so it was a very miserable night. There were men’s socks and underwear in the top drawer. I told the front desk person on my way out to dinner. She apologized, but no one later came to remove them. The heat of the room was intolerable and I barely slept.
