The bed was amazing and the huge bathtub was a plus

The waffles were good 👍
There was an odour in our room. It was supposed to be non smoking but it smelt like stale smoke. There was a molding teabag in the coffee maker.

When we arrived there was a typed note on the door that said that the water would be turned off at 8 am. What? No one told us this? Even though we had dropped our luggage off earlier in the day.
So we decided to get up early and get our showers at 6 am
I got into the shower and it was freezing. No hot water. We called the front desk. They just said, yes, there is no hot water. No apologies
Then I go to ride the shuttle to the airport and the van is making a horrible noise and I can see that the check engine light is on. What?? Am I going to make it to the airport? The driver was very nice. But really? The van needs help!
Then when I went to the front desk, no manager was available to voice my concerns. He/she wouldn’t be there till 10.
I paid 400$ for this room. And this is what I get??
Definitely will be contacting the corporate office. This was unacceptable

When we arrived, they told us the hotel would have no water at 8 in the morning for repairs. They would not refund our money when we asked. It was 400 dollars for a useless room. They did not care about our concerns and did not offer any help or partial refund.

we had a big stain on the sheets. I have a picture. asked for new ones , the lady said she have the shuttle drive bring them. I said I'll come down. the lady said what ever. I went down to talk and get sheets .she went to bathroom before i got down. i came straight down. the driver came and gave me the sheets. asked if someone is going to fix it. I was told no. with no explanation. I asked for the manager, not on staff tonight.ok no problem then asked for the name and number to talk to the manager. they gave name as they stared at me. I asked him to write it down. he did I asked for the number. he said he can't give out his personal information. ( of course not ) I was asking for the number to the hotel. the lady then arrived and rudely gave me the number. we paid $345.00 for crap service. the toilet had staines under rim, shows me not though cleaning. around sink the ledge is not cleaned in a bit. I rubbed my finger over it and rubbed built up dirt. I was only there 9 hours. I do plan on talking to the manager. way over priced for the service.

The staff was great. The check in process was quick.
We dropped off our luggage in the room to catch a dinner. When we returned around 9pm, we noted that the bedsheets were stained. Then the down comforter was also spoiled. We notified the front desk and they brought us larger sheets and blankets as they didn’t have spare set of sheets and a comforter. This process took a good 25 minutes so we just stood around waiting. The staff didn’t offer us another room. If we could have moved to another hotel (at 10:20 pm), we would have.
The internet had connectivity issues. I called the front desk to ask how to connect to the internet and the gentleman tried to help us but apparently it took too long so the had to call me back, which he never did. We were in room 324.

Large room, friendly staff, we were able to extend our stay by an extra night with the original rate.
Breakfast was not great. Very little options, sausage tasted strange and had an unpleasant texture.

they double charged me for my stay. even after I told them I had already paid for it. I even called them to let them know and they still refuse to fix the situation.
