Room was super comfortable, bed was comfortable and a sleep sound machine came with the room. the pool was heated and clean.

Just missing a hot tub on the property but it wasn’t a big deal.

The room structure with separated sitting and bed area, desk, and coffee bar was great! The bed was VERY comfortable! The AC was amazing because we could turn it down real low so we got a great night's sleep - ICE COLD & marvelous! The lobby had a little bar so we got 2 martinis and took to our room at checkin to kick off our staycation. They also had a nice variety of snacks and meal options. It was a great choice, I recommend this location.

Everything was great, truly. The bathroom was a little tight, could benefit from pocket doors. The hotel seems to be slightly dated, but some areas have been remodeled. Example: elevators and flooring. It's not terrible, but they could use a little refresh.

The second day there, the staff in charge of the breakfast, were not able to keep up with keeping enough food for everyone during the breakfast rush, it was a lot of people there, snd they lady in charge of restocking the breakfast couldn’t keep up.

Very good and abundant breafast,, walking distance to Old Town Scottsdale, well appointed room and friendly helpful staff.

The AC was a bit noisy. We are an older couple and the Old Town Scottsdale on this Saturday night was taken over by young adults partying - very little close by for our style. Went to see OdySea, MIM, Pensky Museum - all within a few minutes driving.

the staff were super friendly and helpful, especially Marie - thank you so much for taking care of us. the location is ideal to easily walk to bars, restaurants and cafes, as well as shops and boutiques. the rooms were lovely and big, super spacious, breakfast included, and there was variety to suit everyone (though maybe not vegans if you are)

unfortunately we had some noise disturbance at night from the nearby club and car park behind our room. but we asked to change rooms to avoid this and Marie was more than happy to help. so thank you!

Loved the location of this hotel! A short walk to Old Town! Breakfast was great ... missed it the first morning as it gets over early (in my opinion), but made up for it on day 2! :)

Bathroom is dated

The room we booked they gave away and said they offer Hyatt reservations first then third party like booking and if we want our room guaranteed to book through them directly the check in lady was very rude the rest of staff was great. When we booked it said we wouldn’t be charged till check in but I was charged the night before which made us angry that we paid for a room in advance and they gave it away and gave us the cheaper room for the price we paid for the upgraded high floor king very disappointed we will never stay there again

The front desk check in lady, and the fact they gave our room away with not accommodate what we paid for it first upfront or even offer a discount for having to give us a lower grade room

Ended up not staying.

Property was old, run down, dirty and smelt of chemicals.

Bed was hard and uncomfortable. No laundry facilities had to walk across the street to do laundry. Bathroom was small. Housekeeping was only every other day. Elevators were very slow for only have 6 floors. Snacks in lobby were very pricey. Tv in room was not very good
