No breakfast due to Covid.

The hotel needs a lot of repair and TLC. Extremely poor condition…dirty, lights switch didn’t work, toilet stain, bed lumpy and uncomfortable, curtain not attach at the ends-falling off, bugs flying around in room, entry door not secure…anyone could walk in. I mean, this place is the worst I have ever stayed in.

Though the hotel is under a lot of renovation (including the pool area) with the attendant debris here and there, I had a pleasant stay. And I was surprised how quiet it was, which is always important to me.

I had to change rooms as the first one had an initial issue with the lights and the toilet. However, I was given another room and all was fine.

There was no pool available as advertised....the tv in the room never would work correctly no matter what was tried. The whole place is under renovation, and it needs it...but had I known; I wouldn't have chosen this place. The front desk was super kind and very apologetic.

Bathroom was fine, free ice, perfect location for travel between grand canyon and other national parks in Arizona. Reasonably priced.

Run down interior, worn-out carpets, very old and noisy AC, no Continental breakfast (not even coffee), staff was friendly but seemed overworked and showed up late, keeping people waiting for checkout. Pool and hottub were closed, shouldn't be advertised.

Easy access from the hiway

Got our 1st room, they were in the middle of remodeling it. Rented it out while it was tore apart. Got a 2nd room, as they were moving that couple out of it and into another room we were told the hot water didn't work. Not from the staff but from the couple moving out of it. It says breakfast and pool on the internet but both are unavailable. $130 for a lousy night.

It was close to Winslow.

It was very affordable, the front desk lady was very helpful and nice at check-in.

There were many taped up windows, the tiles were coming off the bathroom floor, there was a crusty patch on the carpet at the head of one of the beds, what looked like melted wax on the sheets and qtips on the floor. There were dirty socks and lots of bags of trash in the hallways. The doors to the lobby/ 24 hour front desk were locked at 8:30am when we tried to check out, a man who saw me in the hallway just took my key card and I couldn't officially clock out at the desk. Reviews said there was a good view but there appeared to be a junkyard next door. Also what appeared to be spots of vomit on the sidewalk around the building.
