Breakfast was pretty simple, frozen burritos and waffles

Quick check in. Rooms close together & close to entrance/exit door.

Cockroaches in bathroom. Doors, & walls were grimy. Beds & pillows hard. Smelled moldy. Charged a large amount for one pet compared to other hotels. Listed as a Clarion but internet said it was a Quality Hotel. If I had known that, I wouldn't have booked there as the other Quality Hotels on the same trip were gross. When spoke to staff about cockroaches, they shrugged & didn't say anything.

Nothing

We made our reservation thru Booking. Received the confirmation and number. Went to hotel. They had nothing in their system about a reservation. Spent close to an hour for them to try and get this worked out. They couldn’t. The did say that I could get a room with no discounts. I said NO!! Even with it was not showing in their system, I did not want to put a charge my card. Concerned about being charged twice for the same room. We left and found another accommodation. I sincerely hope that this will not appear on my credit card, as I will decline payment through the card company.

Not much

The name of the hotel was not the same as it was when we booked. The guy at the front desk seemed stressed and confused. When we checked in he had us sign a paper saying we would be responsible for any stains or breakage. Of course I signed because we would never cause any damage. But when we entered the room it looked like a crime scene. The carpet was horribly stained. Outlet covers were broken or missing. The only towel hook was partially torn from the wall. The next morning we went to breakfast and there was some cereal- but no milk. There was a waffle maker- but no waffle mix. The woman at the desk said she didn’t know how to make it. The juice container was empty. It was ridiculous. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Price was a little high i paid cash and they still charged the room to my card for 2 days and then released the money back into my debit card
