Breakfast was good. They kept the items stocked for the many guests. Coffee was amazing! Staff was friendly.
Our shower and sink were clogged. It didn’t allow for a decent shower for the three of us. Water drained extremely slow. There’s no way housekeeper missed that. I then began to question the cleanliness of the whole room which then made me itch.

The kindness of your staff. The comfort of the room..a 10. I stayed at a Hilton Garden Inn in Knoxville..the room here for a third of the price was a 10+..the room there. A zero..Your staff rocks..The staff at the Hilton were rude..unempathetic and racist..welcome to white priveledge Americans..they think America is the only country that matters on this planet..shane on them..shame.
I will stay with u guys 4 all my travels in this country..

there still remodeling so the outside will make you think twice because I did before I walked in the door.

Staff at the front desk were very poorly dressed. The room we were first assigned had not been cleaned.

Location to venue and rate
I got in at 10pm and there were very sketchy people hanging outside. Remodeling so a bunch of furniture and debris was dumped outside. There was a damp, dirty smell throughout the hallways. Staff was not very friendly. I couldn't wait to get out of there and go home and shower. I felt dirty after being there.

Tried 6 different keys and none would open the door…. Front desk had to keep opening the door

the heater was to noisy and there was some kind of fight right outside our door at 2 in the AM also you charged my credit card $4.50 for something. I paid cash for my room. So what's up with that?

I had a suite which made it alot easier since we were traveling with my family and had young kinds that needed room to play
There were roaches in the room. And the smoke detector keep going off.

Breakfast was impressive and so was the wait staff person in the Breakfast Room. He is very efficient and upbeat. He is a very genuinely a kind man.
NO FOX NEWS CHANNEL! If you can have CNN on two channels and NBC on three, you can have FOX News on one channel. Until this is corrected and censorship ceases, I will not be staying at any La Quinta Hotels.

The breakfast was very good. The little welcome bag was right on spot.
Need an upgrade on the pillows they are to small for the bed and comfort. Need safety bars and removable shower heads in the tub.

Breakfast was good. The facility was clean, the coffee good, and there was actually protein offered with the continental breakfast.
The shower control didn't function correctly, it seemed broken although it could still be used. The tub itself was very slick.
