Reservé para el sábado 30 hasta el domingo 31, avisé que iba a llegar despues de media noche porque crucé medio pais, y al llegar (2:00 am) ya me habían hecho un cargo de $204 usd (cuando el precio que me dieron fué de $154 usd) y me avisan que solo tenia hasta las 3am para que me dieran mi habitacion, osea, si llego 1 hor mas tarde me quedo sin habitación.
Si ya me cobraron, denme mi habitación sin pretextos, si el check out es a las 11am y llego a las 10am denme mi habitacion, ya está pagada, porque me ponen restricciones de llegada si ya me cobraron incluso hasta mas por la habitacion? Estaria de acuerdo si no me cobran y ahí si ponganme las restricciones que gusten y manden.

Staff was friendly, and the lobby was nice. The bed was comfortable and the tv was nice.
The bathroom was in bad shape. The tub didn’t drain. In a few minutes of showering, it was ankle deep. The door knob was so hard to turn, you almost couldn’t get out. And we woke in the morning to water dripping from the moldy ceiling all over the toilet.

Staff was incredibly helpful and attentive. The room was very clean. The breakfast nook and common area were well maintained and comfy.
The machine to make key cards to the room was out of order, so whoever was at the front desk kept having to escort us up to our room.
Also our bathroom door had clearly been kicked in at some point. There was no mechanism to close or lock it, so you just had prop it closed and hope it didn't open itself.

Clean compared to numerous other properties where we stayed. Staff over and above polite, helpful, customer oriented! Absolutely generous and tasty breakfast. Plentiful parking……really delighted to have stayed here!
Housekeeping wasn’t daily. We had enough bath towels for two days but trash accumulated and toilet paper ran low.

All of the staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was awesome. The exercise room was clean with a lot of equipment.

The staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the hot water and it was fixed within the hour. The breakfast area was always in stock with food. On eof the breakfast preparers even helped make a waffle for my son.
The pool area looked as though it needed to be cleaned. It was alot of ants around the pool.

Staff was great...especially the breakfast staff. One gentleman even made my 2 yr. old some sausage patties because he was sad that they didn't have them that day (he had eaten a bunch the day before). Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
The TV remote was confusing and I couldn't get a guide to come up. The tub stopper was a bit funky and unscrewed when I was trying to let the water out of the tub after my sons' bath.
