The room was nice. I'm not a fan of soft water showers, there's was no ac in the hallways or elevators, and the kingsize bed caused me to wake up with a backache. Otherwise, everything else was great.

The place was very clean, always is. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. The hotel is surrounded by many places to shop and pick up the things you need for your trip.

I can't think of anything I don't like about this place.

The breakfast is always wonderful.

The price of the room is hard to take when you’re on a fixed income.

Exceptionally clean room, comfortable, and conveniently located. Front desk staff, when available, were courteous and helpful. Loved the pool and spa and included breakfast, especially the waffles!

The breakfast attendant on our first morning was lovely, then the next two mornings there was a different attendant who was abysmal. Grouchy, scolding guests, not preparing ample hot food, and complaining aloud about providing basic breakfast service. She then started cleaning up all food, unplugging waffle irons, emptying trash, and shutting down the dining area a full half hour before breakfast service was scheduled to end, and chastised guests for using trash cans and expecting breakfast when it was still supposed to be available. It was a terrible way to start the day.

Location was good and room was decent.

The breakfast was so so. They had no syrup for the waffles and no cream cheese for the bagels. Maybe have some non pork options for those who dont eat pork and stock up on your supplies so you dont run out especially on a long holiday weekend. Everything else was nice!
