My stay was very comfortable. I opted for the Estella suite. It's nice sitting in the jacuzzi tub while looking at the gas fireplace. The tub is very large, enough room for two and I'm 6'3'. The bed was very comfortable. Heidi was great. She was filled with great suggestions for restaurants and things to do. She even shared a few interesting stories historic to Newport. Being able to walk to many great shops and restaurants was a huge plus.

The home was beautiful and in a central location close to everything. Heidi, our host, was awesome!

Great location, close to Newport attractions. Breakfast was very good, accommodating to food allergies.

fireplace in room wasn’t working properly and there were signs that housekeeping didn’t do a thorough job.

Our room was well kept and despite the building being rather old (as is the case with much of Newport, though was put into accommodating for the age of the building. It’s also a classier decor than you might find in a more ostentatiously decorated B&B.

Breakfast was excellent with a nice view of the water. Location was great for walking to most local tourist sights.

With windows open for fresh air, Spring street has a lot of traffic noise.

The stairs to the breakfast room were a challenge. The refrigerator downstairs was barely replenished. Never any cream for coffee and bottled water was scarce. No real closet. Room too small

Great location! Literally one block from Thames St which is where all the action is. Very comfy bed. We’re old and wake up with an aching back unless mattress is good. no aches!

I recommend offering a choice of bread in the morning. Only white! no whole wheat or rye ☹️

Breakfast was great. location was great for walking everywhere. watching sunset from upstairs eating area. nice view.
