Hard to find. Breakfast was minimal, waffles & cereal.

Was supposed to include breakfast, but when we went down to eat, she said the milk was in a fridge of a room she had rented out. Got snappy with me and said, "What do you want me to do, wake them up and go in and get the milk?" Was a little confused by this 😕 Very scary area.

I appreciated a place to sleep after driving for two days.
There were stains on the sheets/pillows, the room smelled of cigarettes even though it was non smoking, no elevator and the AC barely worked. There were hairs in the bathroom that clearly were not mine and the whole toilet moves to the side when you sit on it. The pictures showed hardwood floors but there was just sticky carpet instead. The hair dryer plug was half broken off and the outlet in the bathroom didn’t even work. The shower head was sticking out of a big hole in the wall.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable.
The bathroom was very "dated" such as cigarette burns all over the sink and melted marks, bathtub was "dingy" and the water was not hot at all so we were unable to shower. The pool was freezing, literally my daughter's whole body was red, lips and nails purple! I did not allow her to swim after being in the water for only about 30-45 minutes, before her lips were turning purple. The hot tub was completely down. The complimentary breakfast was only Raisin Bran and Fruit Loops, nothing else. The TV in the room had cable but the picture was "snow" so you couldn't even watch TV, we ended up watching Netflix on my daughter's laptop.

The pictures of this hotel and how they portray it are very misleading. Ceiling tiles were water damaged. Hotel just seemed to be very unkempt. The railings for the stairs that looked to be painted white, did not seem to be cleaned very often. We got a double queen room as there were 4 guests... There were only 2 freaking towels in the room... even after house keeping came in they only left 2 towel so we had to go get more. The hot tub was empty, the pool was extremely cold, so my son did not even swim. For almost $300 for 2 nights I will not be using this hotel again.

The front desk guy was great! Very helpful and kind.
The pool/hot tub was out of order but still came up in our search for facilities with a pool only. The water in the shower never got hot. We ended up leaving and finding another hotel, but they were nice about it and gave us a refund.

Everything -dog hair on all the sheets, nobody was around for the check in and waited 29 mins after ringing the bell on the front desk, HVAC was so loud and barely produced heat during the cold (2 degrees outside), smell dirty, nothing had been dusted in a very long time. I felt so uncomfortable I didn’t sleep under any bedding and it was 2 am so I wasn’t about to change rooms.

The bathroom had holes in the wall, the sink was coming apart, the floor border was falling off and causing a trip hazard and breakfast was small bags of Gardettos, fruit loops and juice

Breakfast was just snacks so not really a breakfast in my opinion. There was no milk for cereal.
The hot tub water looked very dirty. It was yellowish brown color. Very discolored. I asked the lady at the desk if it is always like that and her response was there were several people in there earlier in the day. We didn't use it because it just looked so gross and nasty.

Clean comfortable room.
It happened to be a noisy night with a highschool debate team sharing the hotel and slamming doors until 10. It caused my dog to bark. Some confusion with check in and billing as well.

This was the most pathetic excuse for a 'breakfast' ('included') I have ever encountered other than a Days Inn near DC that offered a small bag of chemicals as breakfast. Nothing fresh, nothing requiring refrigeration, no toast, packaged muffins or even plastic pastries. Two dry cereals, juice, coffee, milk, and was that a protein bar I saw? I had to recode my key two times so that I could enter one of the outside doors close to my room.
