There were no clean towels in the entire hotel. We had only 1 hand towel and I’m not sure it was e en clean. One bed had clean sheets but the other one did not. There were no Kleenex’s in the room. There was trash in the hallway.

Reserved a non smoking room. When we found out the room.rhey had for us was smoking, and they had no other rooms, we did not stay. The hallways were loud with screaming kids and extremely smoky. Not a very pleasant experience.

1st room had no heat. 2nd had Bed bug I did not stay.

The air conditioner worked. The evening staff was friendly.

There was no keycard access coming in from the outside at any of the doors. Anyone off the street could come in to the hotel at any time. There was no deadbolt on the door inside the room. There had been one at one time, but it was gone. The bathroom door latch was taped over with what looked like black gorilla tape. There was no ice bucket. There were people being loud in other rooms until after 3 AM. Other guests on my floor also complained of this. When I woke up to take a shower, I noticed there were no towels/washcloths/bath mats hanging in the bathroom. Went to the lobby to ask for towels- there was no one at the front desk. Ok, its morning and they serve breakfast. Went back up to my room, called downstairs, front desk said to come down to get towels- ok, everyone makes mistakes and I know they were busy. Went to the front desk. (We were on the 3rd floor, went down to the lobby for the second time.) I tell the lady at the front desk that I need towels. Another person sitting in the lobby says she also needs towels. I follow the front desk lady to the laundry, where there are no clean towels. She then tells me "You'll have to wait until they start the laundry." Instead of starting any towels, she then goes to sit back at the front desk. I was given no indication of WHEN there might be clean towels available.

Checked in on a Friday afternoon. Toilet wasn't clean. Was no HDMI cable that went from the TV to the cable box. Took until Sunday to get that cable so my boy could watch TV. Also checked in with no towels. That also took till Sunday to get towels. Had to go and buy towels so we can take showers. I will never ever stay at that hotel again

We checked in and we’re given room 312. This room is disgusting. There are several crusted stains on the comforter. The pillows are tiny and lumpy. The whole motel reeks of cigarette smoke. The carpets are beyond cleanable. There is no soap in the bathroom. The tv in the room also doesn’t work. This is ridiculous.

The receptionist was nice.

I had to move rooms twice as each one was DISGUISTING. There was human DNA on the top blankets on both beds(yeah that kind.) They gave me the room next to it and it was actually worse. It looked like it hadn't seen a vacuum in a month. there was stuff all over the floor. The bed sheets were stained and it smelled horrible. I then got the next room over and the receptionist came with me. It was a little better, but the sheets were also stained and there were many visible cigarette burns on the blankets. As we needed to be up in 3 hours, I just gave in and slept on top of the blankets. I would never stay here again.

the room heater worked good

When I entered my room for the first time there was no towels or soap for the shower and the tv did not work and there was a new tv in the box in the room that had not been set up yet, Also the remote control didn't work for the television and all of the cables behind the TV were disconnected.

Did not stay this time have spent 8 months before not good if you like to party do it. Rooms were not clean by 5 p.m so we went to Halladay inn

Room dated, smelled like smoker, no easy chair just a ed and a desk chair. Curtains falling down, bathtub stained as carpet was.

It was dirty. Stains and holes in the bedding. Bathroom was gross. Stains in the carpet. Smells of smoke. Loud.

The staff was very nice.

Yes I booked a smoking room but the room was gross it smells musty, there was a cigarette cherry on the back of the toilet like did they even really clean the room? The comforter had some kind of black marks on it. It was very loud there like I live on a busy road in my own house but this was ridiculously loud, also lots of sketchy people there

Not as clean as it should be

I needed a place to stay for the night due to the weather and wanted something close by and relatively inexpensive. This hotel is located just a couple of miles from where I work, so it was perfect and was completely adequate in terms of a place to stay for just a night. The waffles at breakfast were delicious, but waffles were about the only option as almost everything else was gone, although I did go late (around 8:30).

I stood in the lobby for quite a while before the attendant acknowledged me when checking in. The room smelled strongly of stale smoke although it was a nonsmoking room. The curtains were broken and the TV didn't work, but as I was leaving I noticed that maybe that was because the cable box wasn't plugged in.

The staff was friendly, room was decent size and decent location.
