I didn’t like the bathroom .. from the door to how small it was .. no privacy

Pet friendly, ease of check in, and accommodating to a first floor request.

Dog poop seemingly everywhere from other pet parents who won’t clean up after pets and hotel isn’t keeping areas clean (concerning since I have a puppy). A/C has to be set super cold to keep a decent temperature and was very loud. Other guests weren’t very neighborly stomping around upstairs well into the night and I believe they were responsible for setting off the fire alarm around midnight…

Didnt clean the room in between nights We stayed two nights Also they charged the whole amount for two rooms to my card and then had a hold on an additional night on my credit card for 4 days. I called the motel twice and my bank once and no help said it would come off in 2-4 days This is ridiculous to charge someone for an additional night they didnt stay!!!!!!!!!!!! Very very frustrating and put me in a bad spot on my trip since i am retired and on social security

The location was very convenient. Staff were professional and friendly. The room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was fine

Great location and amenities. The pool area was great and exactly what my child needed. The rooms were clean and quiet. There was a good variety of options for breakfast, there was something for everyone.

Not enough hooks for towels in the bathroom or shelves in the shower.

Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Also easy access from I70.

Great breakfast! Very tasty. Room modern and very fresh and clean. Near restaurants.

The only thing was parking is tight. We have a small motor home and had to park it on an adjacent property.

It was dirty. Our room was horrible. Very dirty carpet. Bed spread was dirty and had a horrible smell.

This was the second stay here the first was very good, this time was excellent. Breakfast was good, pool was fab. and the showers are nice and hot, beds are cozy.

Tiny,tiny bathroom/ water closet. Toenail clippings on the floor by the sink and by bed.

I liked how comfortable and quiet it was. The breakfast and coffee was delicious as well. The laundry room was clean and the machines worked effectively.

No elevator on the far end.

Wifi didn't work properly. Couldn't get TV to work. Shouldn't have your customers fix problems. Should already be resolved.

VERY noisy! the ice machine was right across from our room and I think people were filling their ice all night long. horrible

loved it breakfast was good. The staff is very helpful and it was so clean you could see and smell the cleanliness.

wasn’t to much of a big deal however my feelings were hurt by the fact that the jacuzzi bath didn’t work. Although the tub it’s self was very spacious.

Staff was friendly and very helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice. I'm a tea drinker not coffee, they had a good selection of teas. I would definitely stay here again.

Location is ok. If you have to be in Topeka (good riddance) but the hotel is located in a decent area with amenities near by.

Room was overpriced, smelled like vomit when we checked in.
