smelled bad, stains on the chair, the first room I had the ac didn’t work.

Bathroom was not clean, there were no wash cloths, no soap and towel bar fell on my foot.

Good value. Suite had kitchenette which was nice, though we didn't use it.

The location was great and the facility was nice.

The maintenance staff could do a better job. My room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned. I could tell that a previous occupant was a woman because there was hair in many places in the bathroom. The bed was never made after I got the room and the trash was never taken out. On top of that there was consistently carts of laundry and trash in the hallway that blocked traffic.

The staff were helpful

I ended up in a room just like I expected from the website. I noticed the dishwasher had not been run because the latch for the soap dispenser was broken. I also found a wound dressing in a side table drawer. I asked to be moved. The front desk staff moved me to a suite. I was happy with that except the fan that was meant to blow a/c from the living room to the bedroom wasn’t moving anything.

parking was pretty crowded

the property needs management. large bands o staff in the afternoon and evenings, outside smoking, lack of knowledge about how to handle booking check ins, how to change a lightbulb, rude in speaking. there was one staff member helpful female who seemed to be able to problem solve desk and backend issues.

It was clean.

Our room was by the interstate and also right by the lobby. The noise was terrible all night. Mainly from the people in the lobby.

Clean and comfortable.

The facilities were rundown. Needs an upgrade.

No breakfast at this location. I like the employees they were helpful and nice.

I did see one roach in the kitchen area
