We didt have breakfast, wasn’t informed that they provided it.

You can hear the upstairs guest every step , heard a dog constantly barking in the middle of the night, when I called front desk no one answered. Granted I was woken up at 2 am so maybe no one was working?

The hotel is dirty and outdated. Don't come here!

Mainly like the location, general ambiance, grounds, rooms, beds. Disappointed they have not reinstituted the fabulous buffet breakfast they offered prior to Covid19. Could do more to accommodate handicapped person, i.e., raised toilet, safety bars on tub/showers. Still signs of aging around could be updated. Bathroom ceiling had some type of "temporary" cover on ceiling. Looked tacky. Bathroom could use better lighting over the mirror. Dated! Front office staff very friendly and accommodating. Maintenance staff very unfriendly. No "good morning" or "hi." No smiles.

The staff was exceptional and super responsive. Emad and Valerie were helpful and friendly. The view was fantastic. The room was large and comfortable. The POOL! Wow! It was warm and very clean.

Extra coffee and cups each morning would have been helpful. They were delivered shortly after our request.

I really liked the location, right across from the beach. beautiful landscape around the hotel areas. Front desk was nice and helpful, friendly.

There was no housekeeping still . The room looked like it needed lots of updating. curtains, bedding, lamp shades were stained. Bathroom fixtures rusted . paint chipping off doors.
