The room was spacious. Had fridge ND microwave. IHOP was right next door.
Had to go back to the lobby to get more towels. 4 people and 2 sets of towels does not work. The little bottles of shampoo and lotion were half used.

Like the location as it makes it easy to visit family in the area.
Couldn’t get maid service the second day there. No fresh coffee. No clean towels. Hotel is showing quite a bit of wear and tear. Cleanliness is lacking. Note- no charging for ev’s.

I do not like the fact that once you arrive on the property, and you start to check in, they try to hit you with a $100.00 incidental fee. It is never mentioned until you arrive. I refused to pay it and cancelled my reservation.
And actually, my last stay at a Super 8 was last month, in Dallas, TX., I was charged a $50.00 incidental, that I have yet to receive back. Why is that, and when will I receive it?
One more thing, why are your incidental fees not consistant? Why did I get hit for 50 bucks in Dallas and they tried to get 100 in San Antonio? Your practice of doing this is very deceptive... I will not be coming back to any Super 8's.

The room was comfortable. The towels were actually decent sized and nice.
The hallway and elevator were hot and the elevator smelled like body odor.

The room wasn’t the cleanest! the lady on night shift was unprofessional not to mention a liar! I would like to speak with someone to file a complaint!

Bed was dirty. Restroom smelled nasty and came with bites on stomach

I didn't like how I had to put a my towel on the bottom of the curtains, because the air conditioner blew the curtains up & open. Didn't like that the TV was too far from the bed

The rooms was not clean. The one who was managing super 8 was very rude my curtains was dirty.. and he had an attitude problem.. I wouldn't dare stay at this hotel again.. it was my birthday weekend and it was ruined..
