The bathroom could be updated. the toilet was a little scary at first. when you flush you can feel everything directly under your feet, it took a couple times to get used to. The Shower curtain was all ripped up at the top and could definitely be replaced. Lastly, the tub was extremely slippery. I almost fell each time I got I the shower

Staff both manager and night front desk incredibly rude.pool and hot tub locked up and my 200 dollar suite was not a suite .also who puts a tub in the living area with no privacy curtain or anything. Did not look anything like photos l

the bed was horrible . we both woke up sore and achy. Felt like we slept on a rock slab. The shower head sprayed everywhere but in the middle of the shower.

It's clean. The 24/7 coffee is really good.

The staff takes a long time to get to you during check in. They use a blanket as a comforter cover it's scratchy and unnecessary, but easily enough removed. Other than that blanket the beds are very comfortable. Just pulling off the top is inconvenient.

Location for us was great. The room is as not that clean. Bathroom floor looked like it had not been cleaned for awhile. We used a wet towel to clean the floor and the towels ended up being filthy. Besides that the room was good
