Comfortable Bed and Great Location. Friendly Staff.

The bed was comfortable

Property manager was not at the location when I arrived. A long-term tenant approached me with a key and said I may enter the room. I felt incredibly unsafe with this procedure. Once inside I discovered the room is extremely filthy everything from what appeared to be boogers on the mirror as well as hair on the toilet and on the floor of the shower. I found a pile of dust and hair behind a lamp as well as miscellaneous bottle caps dirt and hair accessories behind the bedside table and dresser. As of all that wasn't bad enough there are coffee spills all over the air conditioning filter at least an inch thick with dirt and last but not least I found a bag of onions behind the mini fridge. I had no choice but to stay as I was in town for an holiday event. The bed covers were filled with questionable stains as well which made it incredibly uncomfortable to sleep. Highly disgusted

the carpet was so dirty, afraid to even walk on it , wore slippers all the time. There was a couch in the room that was also so dirty you could not sit on it. This was the worse place we ever stayed.

It was filthy. Dingy, poorly lit, poorly maintained Cobwebs, hair, stains on nearly every surface Duct tape in the bathroom tub. Room smelled. In fact , as tired as we were , my friend and i both decided that staying in the room was a terrible idea. In short it was DISGUSTING We drove home for 2 hours instead of subjecting ourselves to this terrible room.

front door missing weather strip, making it possible to jimmy the door lock (break in) also security chain missing too. Some "long term residents" appear less than honorable.

This was a large room with plenty of room. The bed was comfortable, the water heater worked well and the air conditioner worked well. The motel was quiet and TV worked. The manager was very nice.

It was being repaired. The tile floor was quite dirty and the carpet old with multiple cigarette burns. I think in this state of disrepair the cost of a room was a little high

This place is not a vacation spot. This place has men living there. It’s more like a welfare motel for displaced or poor people. The rooms are old and dirty. It just didn’t seem like a SAFE place to stay. Don’t do it.

Location

It was dirty. Box spring and Mattress on floor. No bed frame. The sheets and one fleece blanket. One pillow, one towel. Had to beg for another pillow and towels. The rug was dirty with cigarettes burns in it. The bathroom was extremely small. The fridge door won't open all the way because of the rug. The TV remote didn't work. I was supposed to stay 2 nights but lefted after 1.

The room was disgusting!! Under the one mattress was a empty 5th and bottom of mattress had huge stain.sheets were stained!! I would never recommend to anyone!!!

Close to the beach

The upstairs tenant were up all night running back-and-forth across the apartment which kept me awake
