Well the room had a bad smell, the floors were nasty (mold) dead bugs, 2 towels and 1 washcloth with holes for 3 people to use , I am sick from the mold and nastiness and the lady just said that's house keeping, well unacceptable 😑

About the hotel nothing filthy ugly.

The bed in the room had sheets with blood stains or stains of something they were just dirty and filthy, advised a lady in the office of problem to get me clean sheets and towels and nothing was done so the whole 3 days we were there we did not get any service. I had to go out and buy clean sheets just to be able to sleep. It was just the worst place I have ever stayed in.

I only liked the location of the hotel.

The room had a bad smell. The mattresses were not comfortable. The shower tub was dirty. You can tell that whoever is cleaning the rooms is not putting any effort on scrubbing the tub. My room was a double room with double beds and obviously that room is for more than one person and it only had one towel and one wash cloth!

I requested microwave. Microwave did not work

Nothing.

Service. Dirty room. No remote. Management accused my child of stealing a tv remote we weren’t ever given. Nor was one found in the room. Filthy rugs. No bulbs in all lamps.
