Nick and Chris at the front desk were very accommodating and professional while assisting me due to communication issues from Hotels.com with my reservation. Madhu was efficient with check out and purchasing from the market. We appreciated the room with a view and will be returning to this Holiday Inn Express for future trips.

We came to celebrate my friends Bachelorette, and they upgrated us to a better room. Staff were super nice and kind. The pool and Jacuzzi were very nice and a cute spot. Breakfast was great and the location was also very good.

We had a great visit. Nick at the front desk was fantastic! He gave us an upgrade and we really appreciated it because we were not having the best visit to the area up till that point when we encountered him. My wife actually remembered him from a visit a year ago and also had good things to say about him at that time.
Please continue to encourage your employees to remember the value of a smile and good customer service. It makes a big difference for your guests.
Nick will be an added reason for us to return in the near future to visit our son who lives in Wappingers Falls, and to recommend the Hotel to our friends.
The breakfast was also great. Good variety of items and very tasty.

Mona, the front desk receptionist, was exceptional and definitely deserves a higher position due to her professionalism. She was very efficient, and the check-in process was smooth. Her supervisor, Nick, was also very accommodating. It was a great stay for both kids and family. The lady handling breakfast was also very professional and friendly. One thing we admired was that she kept a smile on her face the entire time we were in the breakfast room. No matter who asked for help, she was always friendly. I apologize for not asking her name. Overall, our stay was very pleasant, and I would rate it 10 out of 10. The pool hours were convenient, and breakfast was included with our stay. We had a special needs adult with us, and both Nick and Mona were very accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable.

I could give it 5 stars over all but the breakfast buffet was meh( low grade cafeteria grade items) overcooked bacon,an absmal amount of fresh fruits AND with the uptick of COVID there should be signs with hand sanitizing stations at every entrance of the dining area. also the coffee was a horrible dark roast blend.

Loved this hotel with beautiful views inside and outside. Enjoyed the pool & hot tub! The gym was cool too! Free coffee/tea 24/7. Wish the breakfast hours lasted longer during the weekend with better hot food item choices. Overall excellent!

Staff was very good and friendly! Check in was easy, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Could have used another blanket, other than that our stay was great! (I’m sure if I had asked they would have brought me another blanket) Close to some great restaurants!

Check in was nice and easy. Had to wait a while before inwas greeted. Rooms are standard but bathrooms are very tiny. Our room smelled like mold and ended up triggering my daughter’s asthma so we needed to leave a day early. Breakfast was basically done for 9am. They didn’t replenish many items. My daughter spilt something

So clean. Seems to be newly renovated. The staff is so kind. The hot tub and pool were so clean. The breakfast was so good haha I stayed for 40 mins. Nick at the front desk was so kind and helpful. I want to go back haha

The location was amazing. Walking distance from Cracker Barrel, a Diner, gas station with a mini mart. Driving distance to so much more. All of the staff were very nice. We stayed on the 4th floor and everything was definitely very newly updated. The bed was super cozy. Our toilet paper holder was broken and fell off the wall but other than that everything was beautiful.

Given the price charged I was hard to understand the value.
The bathroom was so small that the door would only shut if you suffled around.
The shower whilst seemed newish could not be accessed without antler shuffle

Extremly noisy after midnight back view(parking lot) redline restaurant. A gang of sports car making noise with their sports car. Instead ask mountain view much less noisy.

The staff here is amazing. Nick is great and so is the overnight gentleman. The continental breakfast was better than most. The room is basic but clean and comfortable. I would recommend it.
