Bed bugs ate me alive all night couldn't sleep

Not much except the location was good.

Everything, our room was dirty, filthy floors, bathroom, shower and the bed was so squishy that you would sink into the mattress which grossed me out so I slelt in one of the chairs I disenfected myself. I'd rather sleep in my car than ever stay there again.

There wasn't really nothing like about this place

1st of all the room was supposed to be a non smoking but there was cigarette ashes everywhere. The floor hadn't looked like it'd been swept or mopped in months. The shower curtain had mold and soap residue all over it. It took 6 flushes just to flush toilet paper down the commode. There was holes in the walls dirt on the walls. The pip hole in the door was non existence meaning that you could see outside and someone could see inside with it. The door jammed around locking mechanism was all tore up. There was no alter security on the door as well. The biggest problem that really got to me. Is the smoke detector was not in the room also? They advertised coffee in the room which was not there the pot. Was there glued to the counter top? And the cord was cut off of it bathroom counter top had damage to the corner. It was hanging downward that's the room stank smelled. I brought febreeze and just to cover the smell. It smell like the room it was nasty you couldn't sleep with it. The pillows was harder than concrete cement bags. There's junk cars parked all over the parking lot.

Night clerk argued with me about a Handicapped room. Already had spoke with someone at the location that a ground floor room was reserved for me. Room was ok, floor needed a good mopping. Bathroom door didn't fit the frame so you couldn't close it. No towels. Breakfast was mehh. Coffee see through in the small cup. We went to McDonald's.

There wasn’t much to like other than the location being near to where I needed to be, cable tv and good WiFi.

The clerk put me into a room with cigarette burns throughout the spread, sheets stained with lipstick, urine, and possibly blood spots. Roaches were running across the floor, the shower towels were extremely filthy and were folded up wet as if they took the dirty towels from the floor that were used by the previous guests and folded them up for new guest. Bed sheets were moldy. Bugs were on the mattress itself, and the list goes on. I felt so dehumanized. I took pictures and as soon as I gets settled from my busy days I will report this trash motel and submit those pictures for them to take this garbage from their website!

The staff are horrible disrespectful people. They have there security staff selling drugs out of his room. Rude and disrespectful straight ghetto hood. Cleaning service draining out used dirty water off there balcony. Rooms stink the bedding is old torn and have cigarette burns all over!! Air vents have yearsof dust and dirt caked on them. It's disgusting!!! The manager is a ghetto disrespectful Indian woman no business profession what so ever it's unreal. Like nothing ive ever seen before! Forgot the price please save yourself the headache of dealing with people like this!!
