Loved the location. Fairly close to Hilo, and close to activities like Horse back ridding, and zipline.
Unfortunately we are smokers, and we had to smoke at the end of the driveway. But no big deal. Hopefully we'll have quit by the next time we go back.

Location was great, the suite was great. It had all the amenities we needed.
The pillows were too fat, and we could not sleep on them. There were no other choices, so we wrapped up a couple of towels in pillow cases and used that for our pillows.

Room was great. Clean and private. Nice design.
No cooking stove/oven. Just a plug in burner and toaster but we were able to make it work. I don't remember if there was a microwave.

It was comfortable and so many things were thought of. it even included a large video collection and washer and dryer access. sitting on the covered patio in the morning was a treat.

Check out was at 10 am, I thought it was 11 am. Host abruptly knocked on door and rudely said, “You need to check out now! They have someone checking in at 2pm!” It was the way that he knocked on the door and spoke to us! Not cool. Any who, we left that place clean just the way we found it. 👌🏼 All he had to do was wash towels and sheets.

Very clean, safe, quiet and peaceful place. We've enjoyed so much sleeping with the tropical rain sound.
It's also well equipped, you can find everything you need, even a laundry room for only your use. The kitchen has everything if you want to cook, +BBQ on the back. Very friendly staff was also another great experience of our stay there. Highly recommended.
