Jenn at the front desk was so kind and so was the young lady that was over the breakfast area. The room was spotless! The location was perfect! Right next to a truck station for last minute supply items as well as serval places to eat within walking distance. They also had an on-sight laundry area to wash/dry clothes. The perfect Hotel for cruisers. The Lyft ride to the port was only $26.
The ONLY person that was hateful was the shuttle bus driver. She was so rude and condescending. We are both women, so it was fine that she didn’t help with luggage, but yelling at me that “the back door is open (for me to load my luggage)”, then telling me “you’re gonna have close the van door” once I got in, was so crazy. It wasn’t what she said but HOW she said it. Like I was bothering her. I hate that she was the first representative that we met from this hotel, because she in NO WAY represented how amazing this hotel is.

Good location
The lady that checked us in told us there would be a $40 hold which turned out to be $120 hold, the room had burn marks and stains on the floor and wall, the AC was leaking so bad the floor was wet, the water took 26 minutes to get hot in the shower and when we called about it they told us to just wait it out it was kind of disappointing this was a birthday celebration and we expected better.

I liked and I am extremely satisfied with the attentiveness, great listening skills and response shown to me as a guest by the Manager, Chet, as well as by his fellow staff/team. The spacious lobby is well lit and has plenty of seating for the amount of guests which were there during my weekend stay. I will recommend the Fairfield Marriott to family as well as friends.
Honestly, I can suggest lowering the price of snacks at the concession station. Otherwise, I cannot think of any other areas to dislike.

I will never ever stay in a room with a shared door to another room! The person next door was so loud we could sleep! Sounded like he was in our room yelling and laughing all night with company.😡

I loved the location and the size of the room. I also liked that it had a mini fridge and a microwave. It was a nice quiet stay.
I wish that after a long drive we could have slipped into a hot tub. Unfortunately you did not offer one.

I can’t say enough about how accommodating and friendly the staff are at this location. They even provided a driver outside of the offered shuttle service hours to make sure I made my flight on time.

Great staff! Accommodated my late arrival and offered a late checkout due to my flight out being later in the day. I didn't even have to ask! Lots of breakfast options.
The USB ports by the beds didn't work. I forgot to mention this to the staff!
