Breakfast

No WiFi working that day. Also noise from office can be heard in the adjoining room—-give the kid a raise! They were talking about the kid asking for more money and the manager wouldn’t give him a raise because he doesn’t think the kid needs it because he doesn’t have bills to pay, I guess he must be living with his parents—yes, I heard their conversations.

Room was clean, good size and staff were very engaging.

The corridor was dark.

I was visiting family and the location was perfect. The staff was excellent.

It was a roof over our heads but that's about it. It was a little underwhelming.

Holtel seemed somewhat run down and out of the way. We could hear just about everything our neighbors were saying and doing. We spent our time in the room whispering and with the TV just loud enough to barely hear. Oh and the elevator did not inspire the feeling of safety. I am diabetic so the breakfast offerings did not suit my needs, so we did not partake in the hotels breakfast offerings, too many carbs.

The Hotel was in a quiet area off the beaten path. I thought it was clean and pretty and well cared for.

There was grounds work being done at 8am right outside my window. There was a guy with a gas powered weedwacker 2 feet from my window. When I told the front desk about it while checking out they said they wished I had said something when it happened and they would have done something about it. I should have to tell them not to have equipment that people have to use ear protection with running right outside my window at 8am.

Enjoyed the continental breakfasts, the staff was lovely and tried their best to be accommodating. The mini store in the lobby was handy.

We chose this place because it appeared to have a suit that had two rooms connected for the family we were traveling with. Disappointingly it was not as it appeared. The internet was non existent making it even harder to enjoy the little time we had. The staff tried everything to accommodate and it wasn’t their fault but false advertising on the room and poor internet really dampened the trip. Oh and the pillows, unless requested, were throw pillows in pillowcases? Kind of odd but not as big of a deal.

very dirty had to switch rooms because original room given smelled terrible. The next room they gave us was better but bathroom shower curtain was filthy . we’ve stayed many times before and was much cleaner other times. this time the hallways smelled terrible rooms need to be cleaned and change out shower curtains also furniture was practically brown (cloth chair in room) just really seems to be going downhill there

Breakfast was great

The only thing I didn't like was the smell of dog near our room. I get you allow dogs but the smell was bad.

breakfast was nearly inedible. cold, fried “eggs”. undercooked sausage and tater tots. cold toast. coffee urn out in lobby away from breakfast area. Fox “news” blasting on tv.

Warm breakfast with variety of sausages, eggs, waffles, muffins, bread, milk, cereal , fruits.....

No comments because everything was amazing

Amazing staff. Great breakfast and great location! Nothing not to like and a great option if you're going skiing at Jiminy Peak.

The room need a little updating, but still an amazing value!
