It was an emergency stay. The bedroom was nice e clean. Breakfast just OK. The location great!

Full hot breakfast. Clean rooms.

Hotel was clean, beds were comfortable.

However, the bathtub had mold around it and where it had been painted the paint was chipped off all over. I showered but would never bathe in it. Just gross!!!

The hotel location was convenient.

The hotel room was very dirty and outdated. Once in the room, we noticed that the landline phone would randomly turn on with a dial tone through the speaker. We had to disconnect the phone after being woken several times through the night. There was a funky smell in the room, as well.

We had no towels in our room, when I went to look for staff no one was available. The bed was broken and sloped to the middle. The tub had peeling paint and rust. The bathroom had not been swept or mopped.

We loved the location! 2 miles away from the rim, la Cantera and Fiesta Texas. The bedding was very comfortable and the staff was friendly.

The tub looked old and dirty but it probably just needs to be updated. House keeping woke us up due to the very loud vacuums. Louder than the usual vacuum lol

After the bad experience we had with the staff, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone, they treated us very badly after we just asked for a shopping package that was not in our room.

They are thiefs!!! the staff, the most terrible staff. They treated us very badly after we just asked for a shopping package that was not in our room, especially with Mario Angel Velazquez, He yelled at us, he asked us to leave, he discriminated against us for speaking Spanish and for being women. We only asked for a shopping package that was missing in our room. They did not return the package to us and they asked us to leave because we were undesirable people. The general manager never showed up to give us an answer for the package that was lost and that the staff already knew what the shopping bag contained without even us telling them what was in it.

Breakfast and room good. Front desk younger clerk, Carlos? was very nice and polite.

Older front desk guy, possible owner/manager? was rude to a guest on the phone and then wouldn't give his name to customer. This kept me waiting too long, as i was trying to check in. Then i reserved 3 rooms under my CC, but put under guest's names. But when guests were trying to check in, he insisted i come to motel in person to check them in. Which was inconvenient, as I was getting ready for my Mother's funeral services!! Then i when i did arrive, he'd already checked them in, but wouldn't give me their room #'s. He gave family of 5 king bed, which was supposed to go to my Dad. So they had to be moved upstairs to double beds. Then upon check out, after $100 deposit inconvenience, which clerk forgot to give cash deposit back to my guest...he charged them $7 more on their upstairs room. After i had reserved all 3 rooms together. Then there were stains on sheets n comforter. Oh and the door was cracked open upon return to room...luckily i didn't have any belongings in it yet. Should have a sign if door needs to be pulled shut from not automatically closing properly.

I didn’t even stay at this property but yet I was charged as if I did even though I cancelled in time. The little short rude lady at the front desk fraudulently changed my dates to make it as if I did stay with my credit card company. This hotel is seem to be okay with committing fraud to get your money.
