Rooms are full of smoking smell even though it’s non-smoking room. I asked for refund because I didn’t stay due to this smell but no refund issued. poor customer service

Stayed in the same room I had two months ago in August. Called ahead to check on my reservation and female staff person was very friendly over the phone. Room very clean and decorated nicely. Like the art on the wall. Fresh towels daily. Smooth 6am check-out and staff person at desk was very friendly.

Male staff person at desk wasn't as friendly during my afternoon check-in as the female staffer was over the phone.

I booked my room with the pay at the property option and the staff called me ahead of check in and told me they were going to cancel my reservation if the payment wasn’t made at that moment even though I wasn’t even at the property yet. When I told them my booking option I was told that my option for booking didn’t matter I had to prepay or lose my reservation which was a huge inconvenience as I was still driving and had to provide them with a card number for payment. Then during my stay there was a lot of noise coming from a night club downstairs on the property. the stay overall was awful and if there were any other properties available I would have left to stay somewhere else

The gentleman at check-in was very nice. It looks a bit outdated from the outside but the inside was nice. The refrigerator kept our water nice and cold, The furniture was not outdated. Good value for the money.

There wasn't anything I didn't like.

checking in and out was simply

we didn’t like the fact that a pool was available, but it wasn’t. The computers in the business center weren’t working. we had a room with 4 guests and they only provided the room with the basic 2 towels and rags. sheets and blankets had burn holes in them and the worst was the amount of flies in the room

The place was dirty, a junk car in the parking lot, NO POOL as in pictures, hard to even find the lobby, breakfast was told to come on down we will get you something, did not feel safe, needless to say I paid for the room and did not stay there. Cost me $147. Will never stay in a Quality Inn again.

Pool was drained and there was no mention of it at check in. This was a little frustrating considering it's August and part of the reason we selected this hotel was that there was a pool.

The pool was empty, the room was dirty, the first room was not even cleaned. The smoke detector was ripped out, there were blood smears on the bathroom wall, it was obvious there were people selling drugs, we watched people handing off what appeared to be drugs and money.
