The staff was friendly

The hotel is old the carpet was dirty and smelly the rooms was not fresh the room was dark i was on the third floor so i had to go to the second floor to get ice and use the vending machine the third floor had nothing they need to close down and remodel i will never stay there again and the elevators work dirty inside It was nothing pleasant about this hotel stay for me. I am just wondering how you change the hotel name but not the hotel itself. I had to keep my air conditioner on the whole entire time just to keep the smell down in the room from the carpets. I felt like I was in the twilight zone

The staff was pleasant and professional

The facility is run down, the room was visibly unclean (stains on the lampshades and blankets). The bathroom in my room had water damage along the baseboards, with a section missing; there was a large hole in the bathroom door that was barely taped over with duct tape and then painted over.

The breakfast was okay considering it was included with room. The front desk lady was very polite and accommodating.

The room was very beat up - literally. Someone had punched a hole in the bathroom door and they fixed it with duct tape and wood filler, which was falling off. It was also delaminating at the bottom due to water damage from the tub, causing the door not to close shut. It’s a hollow core door that would cost about $30 to replace. Water was leaking around the top of the window and puddling on the sill over the air conditioner. We tried mopping it up but it just kept coming in. This made the room smell musty / moldy like a damp basement. The sheets looked unwashed with stains and debris / hair still on them. Apparently the hotel was fully occupied so we knew there was nowhere else to switch to. It was only a one night stay so we slept over the covers and left first thing in the morning. I think some are trying here but the facilities desperately need an update / repair.

Staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean. Decent breakfast as well. The pool was a very nice amenity.

Just the location but still comfortable. Convenient if you need to quick shop. It's in walking distance.

they shut the elevators down at night time and never open them back up until late morning, which is a bunch of BS you put towels out in front of your room and you never got no new towels every single day we had to go down and get new towels they never clean the room and the place smelled of marijuana .

The front desk staff were very polite and gave us needed information about breakfast, coffee, and facilities. The room was clean and complimentary soap was available. There were plenty of clean towels. The room was cool and easy to adjust in both areas. Wifi was easy to get going and the TVs were just the right size with cable provided.

I couldn’t check in till closed to 5 that evening after being so tired . I was on the second floor and the elevator wasn’t working. ice machine didn’t work on my floor. Two workers was on their knees cleaning the carpet passed 10 pm . I was very very disappointed!!!!!!!

We did not stay at the hotel. When we arrived, I gave my name they pulled me up and then I was told they had overbooked the hotel and there were no rooms available. I asked if they could transfer me to a different hotel and the lady said they could not do that. It was a horrible experience, the lady did not even apologize or was willing to work with us. We had to figure out at 9pm where we were going to stay.
