That it was Next to restaurants and had a pool.

Our room had blueberries on the wall from previous people I am thinking. Pool towels ran out. The overall hotel smelled funny. Elevator also sounded like it was going break ever time you used it. Coffee cups had no kids that fit. Hot tub looked like needed to be clean mold.

Hard to understand employees. Breakfast was gross. Almost slipped and fell twice in shower.

We forgot my nieces air pods and then staff at that time was great! Went above and beyond to make sure we found them.

When we arrived the staff was really rude. We had an issue getting into our room not because the key wouldn't work but because the door wouldn't open when the light was green. She gave us attitude for having to help us.

Hotel was just really dirty. Lots of trash around the stairwells. Lots of broken stuff around the hotel. Just looked really rundown. Hand rail on hot tub was rusted so bad the bottom post was broke off. Broken looks on hotel guest room. Breakfast was not busy only a couple other guests were in the room while we ate but it seemed Staff was not able to keep food stocked.

Disgusting toilet seat in our room. Staff was rude when we had to call from the pool room to the front desk to request more towels for the pool area. We were told to go to the front desk for them. However, the towels were brought to us instead after we explained that us being dripping wet and walking down the hallway might not be for the best... No shower hooks in our room bathroom. Someone's belongings (plastic bag full of beer with dirty socks next to it) left on a table in the lobby for the entire night (they had been picked up by the morning though). No sheer curtains hung, just the decorative and heavy/thick curtains in our room. Even though there was all the hardware available for the sheer curtains. And finally, our refrigerator barely kept anything cold. When we informed the staff they came to look at it some time later we were basically told it was working good enough...

Comfortable beds, nice and cool air conditioning, the pool and hot tub was amazing.

Moved the pillow and right away a giant spider started crawling on the bed. The front desk clerk was not very personable when checking in.
