The cleaning staff was super friendly and found me a working dryer since ours didn't work.

The room was musty smelling, the window & sink both had cracks Breakfast ends at 9:30 on the weekend which is early

It was just right for our needs. Nothing fancy, but clean, quiet, comfortable.

The pool was unavailable and by reading recent reviews, seems like it has been for awhile. The elevator seems to need maintenance.

Nothing they charged me again for the room and now I'm battling with them to fix it. I shouldn't have to pay twice for the same room. This place is terrible.

The room had a broken dead bolt. The pool isn't working. The room had cigarette burns on chair. Bathroom was small and floor made noise. Breakfast was very small.

The price was ridiculously high. We could feel the springs in the bed and the pillows were subpar. The bathroom was extremely small for the amount that we paid for the room. The curtains hang low enough that if you leave the fan running on the temp unit then you have one more nuisance to deal with. The door did not shut properly and would stay open a crack if you didn't realize that it springs back.

I booked and paid for my room several weeks ago on booking and even added that I would enjoy a room close to the pet area because I will be traveling with my dog and girlfriend . After I checked in and paid the security deposit for the room that I have already paid for weeks prior, as we are unloading my vehicle the owner or whoever came out saying about my card and then I came back in to the front desk for him to tell me my dog was another $120 deposit and that if my dog was to get any hair on any other linens or anything that my $120 deposit will be charged. (I paid over $230 for a king suite that smelled like feet for this guy to tell me he's possibly going to charge me $400 plus dollars for this room that I need to stay at because there is a family issue that's going on that's the only reason I was back in Dubuque Iowa I'm pretty sure I was even supposed to have a garden view ,there was no garden LOL

The Wifi did not work. I was informed by a clerk that it didn’t work on iPhones and laptops. He informed me that it only worked on Androids and he could not discount my rate of over 175 because it was a free amenity. The shower backed up leaving water pooling at my feet.

Breakfast was ok.

Very dirty. Would not recommend any would not stay there again.
